Confirmed there will be a massive mid-February layoff descending upon the company. Profits are not there and labor cuts is the only answer. Strap on the belts because it will be a big one.

Combination old and young guys will be great, I thing current ratio younger (less than 40 years) to older ages are high. I know many old guys , they are excellent , well done .

Hearing the return of retirement packages also. If I was Cisco I would bite the $$ bullet and get out many of the old people. Return to younger blood. May be the only way for survival.
