Thursday will be a difficult day for all of us whether we are affected or not. Even if you aren't affected please be mindful that up to 40% around you are.

I want to know if the Porsche SUV is going to be traded in? Or will Schenectady continue to empty offices, floors, then buildings while executives oblivious to those around them come tooling in a company paid for Porsche SUV! Disgraceful. If they are so smart, why is the company in this situation.

@1chh you realize that there are more non-manufacturing jobs in Greenville than manufacturing jobs, right? And these posts about 11-30 are refering to Engineering, right?

For all you numb-nuts on here that keep hollering "fake news", tell us where you're getting your information from. Here in Greenville if you are middle management, below cell leader, there's a 30% chance you won't have a job by the end of the week. All of the ones that had to go through the reapply process are supposed to find out by weeks end if they still have a job.

What I can't wait for is tomorrow, 11/30, to be over so all this FAKE NEWS can finally BLOW AWAY!

It’s not gonna be 40% or even close to that. Maybe when it’s all done in another year or so Power will be 40% smaller, but not tomorrow (although it looks like there will be layoffs tomorrow)
