When is the new restructuring going to be announced and what are your thoughts on changes they will make? News of this was expected in the last several months, and people here in houston are wondering why It has been so silent. Any thought?

Watching CB&I do anything is remarkably similar to a large group of primates s-xually assaulting a football. Too late to turn around now, just enioy the show till your day comes.😊
Bend it, twist it, paint, or polish it, a TURD will always be a turd. You might can fit 15 clowns in a car, if none can drive you have?
Jesus would slap the sh-- out of someone if he worked for this company, just saying...
Then Jesus said, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.
Usually, the Manager of Engineering reports to the Manager of Construction. This explains the problem with CB&I. You have the educated reporting to the uneducated. CB&I you are a disgrace to engineering and America.
CB&I is not an engineering company. Matter of fact, they are a disgrace to engineering. They are a purchasing and construction company. They used to be an engineering company.
Instead of engineers running the show, project managers run over engineering due to the fact that they cannot schedule a job.
They cannot sell a job without cutting schedule and hours. Then they beat engineering up to produce junk and documents.
They will hire anyone as an engineer, all you have to do is be able to fill out forms. They let the vendors do the engineering. Look at the quality of their work, that says it all.

How long have you been with CB&I? If you had been here enough, you should know the management’s tag line that CB&I is a construction company and other teams yield to whims and fancies of construction. Usually, the Manager of Engineering reports to the Manager of Construction. Please check CLNG as an example. That is one main factor of CB&I’s poor performance.
Haha. No they won’t.
Dumb statement. Cbi is absolutely an engineering company and a good one. We have been sidetracked but the new management is doing what they were put in place to do, which is making effective changes. Our stocks are beginning to rise again and naysayers will eat crow soon.
It is obvious what is going on. CB&I has cut so many corners that they do not know what the are doing. By the way, they are no longer a engineering company. They are a document company with a bunch of clerks.
E&C might absorb FS or viceversa
They are trying to combine SPM into E1
Basically if you have a PM for E&C and one for FS
Only one will survive
