Sales Pro / Business Focus

So I was wondering...... has any of you heard much talk about Sales Pro lately? When it first came out my manager was so aggressive about our appointments scheduled and how many "wins" we got. She was doing her job I understand that but she hasn't even cared about it lately. Do you still work Sales Pro in your club?

Also, it's December 1st and we have heard nothing about a business focus for January. Has anyone heard? This is all becoming very concerning. Everything is adding up. My manager (MMAM) was teaching our front end manager about membership shrink, income tracking, etc. Does anyone think they are just eliminating the manager and keeping lead and coordinator? She has been in grocery the past month anyways.

So sad to read all of this. Some many companies that we have built relationships with, awesome HR's, community friends, etc. For Sam's Club to just disappear I wonder what people with think. So sad.

Same in our Club. Haven't used SalesPro in months and no one is saying anything. It hasn't given us any new leads, no updates. I think Marketing is gone by the 1st of the year. They are getting through the Holidays. Then we will be history

Pretty certain the manager and marketing tl will be eliminated. Sales Pro a thing of the past with little focus to marketing at all in club. Social media with offers to new members as incentives to join has taken over as well as on line sales being the new direction of company focus to grow future sales/profits.
