What happened to "lets stop all the infighting?" What happened to "lets all work together to create the best car we can?"
This seems like a completely different company from six-seven years ago when we actually started to recover. Not only is the infighting and backstabbing back but it's spread to all levels. How we even manage to get anything done is beyond me.
We are losing young people at alarming rates due to this. Why would they stay when they can see the toxic environment surrounding them? Even die hard Ford fans which used to be the most loyal are leaving.
Do those at the top think we can survive with constant 50 percent turnover of younger workers?
