In response to the former lead saying they had to take a 2 dollar pay cut, go to your PTC and demand your previous rate of pay!!!!! Other clubs let their displaced leads and audit associates keep the pay they were getting before restructure. Pull that policy and get what is rightfully yours!!!!

Omg I still have not received my serverance package. Wtf anything to delay more sh--. I need money to pay for Cobra and right before the holidays. I see the check coming first of year so it’s next years taxes. Way to go Wal-Mart! I was told to get out many years ago and didn’t listen now it’s really biting me in the a--!
I think it’s bs i have to wait up to three billing cycles to get your money that is supposed to last you while you unqualified for unemployment. Luckily i have another job and don’t need it but many do. It’s total bs!
No good positions and the pay decrease is part of why i left. They wanted to take $2 from me as well. I said gfy!
There is no way they can take $2.00 if you only got .60 cents you all need lawyers. Most lawyers will do free bono cases for Walmart people who have been wronged. This is a piece of sh-- company with no morals.

I was a cash office associate for 20 years and a lead for 14 of those years. Been with the Company for over 25 years.. Chose to stay only to be forced to a demotion with over $2.00 pay cut.. Which is worse? To be disgraced or told lies and forced out.. The company will fail.. No longer are associates appreciated, the very associates that help create this club
Finally received packet! Only on the cover page and I'm already pissed. After they receive your paperwork, it may take 3 pay periods to get your money. Really a month and a half with no pay. Then they encourage you to get a lawyer to go over the documents. CANT AFFORD A LAWYER BECAUSE NO MONET FOR A MONTH AND A HALF! This company is f'd up.

I asked and was told by my gm i had to be terminated on dec 2nd. I did receive my package but i better not be screwed over because of the 2nd issue.
I was gained out Dec 1 before I left and they cut me a check for my last week and all my PTO. The ptc said they got an email that they fed exed our severance package that day.

I was gained out Dec 1st, but have yet to receive my severance package. I really hope there are no surprises when it finally does come.
