Inside source says federal is working on starting to fire the lazy and worthless sitting on day shift. Hope it comes true to many good hard working people who outperformed them have already been let go.

Rumor has it Federal has contacted the state in regards to another layoff.

Seems like a Union would be a heck of a lot more fair. Jus sayin
So when is that one guy who used to run federal coming back from his 6 month stint in sales..... oh ya the replaced him with a 12 year old. And how about the bs about servant leadership, guess they only care about their pocketbooks since they are ending all rebates first of the year and raising prices. Best guess is layoffs again are just before they announce this quarters earnings just like the last 2 layoffs.
Reviews. Rank employees against each other. Filter. Old GE tactic. January makes most sense...need end of quarter sales. Major discounts going on...to the point of equaling company store prices...break even isn’t good enough for Wall Street.
Many of us out perform our weekday counterparts. The lazy underperforming will be swept under the rug the rest will be swept out the door.
If he lets the current management decide who goes and who stays I suspect more good workers will be gone and the lazy will remain.
Anyone know when there firings are supposed to happen? Before or after the holidays?
I was told it would include some office personal, but another 50-100 production workers. All based on performance that is why everything on metrics has been changed to expected output and not as a daily goal anymore. Apparently the new CEO of vista wants to trim a lot of the under performing but who knows he kind of tanked artic cat so hopefully we don't see the same fate.
Are you talking about the 90 percent of those sitting around in the office? Mainly the supervisors, fof, ci...not to mention the rest of the over head that won’t let us do our jobs.
