Now on Oracle’s Campus, a $43 Million Public High School

It's very touching......a warmer and kinder Oracle. Maybe Oracle could have used the money to retrain the workforce it laid off in June?? Why does Oracle care about educating students? I'm sure Oracle has been providing with a myriad of incentives tax deductions, etc) to build a public school on its property.

Are college graduates getting too expensive? I'm sure the students will have a $15 an hour Sales Academy job waiting for them when they graduate. What do you think?

Definitely, kindergarten for the execs. But junior high for the lower level managers and some of the developers. Most developers are Ok in my experience, just have sh--ty managers manipulating everything to soothe their egos.

Kindergarten would be much more appropriate given the level the oracle execs are at, high school is way too advanced

They should be building a junior high school. Then they could send some of the people I had to work with there, so they can grow up!

He could have saved a thousand jobs. I am not excited to see this. He spend more on his girl friend and other women. He has no morals to teach so why start a school.

Yes, oracle is doing so phenomenally well in its core business, especially cloud, that I now needs to look for other things to get involved in, NOT!

This just shows what hypocrite LE is - no problem screwing people left and right, including with measly layoff packages and rifs right before the holidays, but then he wants to be seen as a great benefactor. What a TURF you are LE!
