Just make up a number. That is what everyone else is doing.
Keep s---ing off your managers that's what's kept you in a job so far. Alot of good pepple have been let go and all the managers buddy's are still working even though most are totally useless.
The problem with BH now is that to many managers who dont know what there doing get to pick teams it's not done on time served or even if your any good at your job... I thankfully have got a job with schlumberger and can't wait to leave this joke of a company.
