Observation, where are the newly enrolled HAH members for HCM RNs? Many termed alerts.

Yes going through six rounds of layoffs in less than a year does rile up the masses . It never does end at Humana
I don’t know how “riled up” anyone is getting. People just want to know when enrollment will resume, an understandable concern considering the job instability and constant layoffs.
Yup, just more trying to rile the masses. It never ends here
Fake news! You heard it!
RS was not eliminated, this is fake news. You can easily see for yourself by searching the names of RS’s who worked on your members.
CM’s doing enrollment seems like a far cry from “working at the top of your license,” no? Glorified telemarketing?
If CM will be doing cold enrollment, has any CM been trained on enrollment / enrollment surveys, or given a start date for this? I have not.
Last my team was told, someone else was enrolling but we would perform initial mdat.
Are we all hearing different things again, depending on team?
RS's were eliminated. If you remember WF stated the new vision was to have the case manager do enrollment, care plan and case management. However, it is very interesting to note that Health Wellness Coaching is now being provided through GO365 only and on an emailing basis. With that said, the member has to enroll in the program if they want to have the "health coach". And no, the health coaching is not like it was in previous years (PHC style with frequent calls). With the new acquisition with Kindred, my guess- it is only a speculation, is that it is all moving toward field work if the member is triggered. Perhaps there will be telephonic support, but remember MF was moved and the telephonic division has been changed. The new structure is not as it was in the past. The NEW infrastructure does not have a large telephonic case management team like in years past. Look at the new plan structure. As this year passes quarter to quarter there are going to be shifts to the way Humana is going to deliver their product. The goal will remain the same. Provide member support and improve health outcomes while reducing health care costs. It always about the money and reducing the cost of healthcare. They will not share the strategic plan, because it is to remain innovative and cutting edge, while still competing with Aetna and the CVS merger (pharmacy, minute clinic and other strategies gained). Humana is really going to have to step up the game if they are going to compete and maintain the integrity of the stock.
Someone below said RS role was eliminated - is this true? Who will do future enrollments?
Do you think they new ones were sent to Triage first to see if they had issues that required more than calls for support and then, the ultimate goal is to get them Monitored? Also, from Triage to Monitored and they call in if 'needed'? I am not sure how or what they are planning, but maybe that is where the new ones are, in their queue for now. Then to RS for work up to our program? Or, will Triage do mDat? Who knows, but it would be great to hear from RS or Triage.
I think what the poster said about Cba scores and new members starting on January 1st makes sense. It should pick up in a month or so
Appears that we only get referrals from IHWA, if the referral was triggered from CBA, or another re-assign from HAH RN if needed. I am thinking they have already changed that process up- but where was that email? Sad we have to conjecture up loose theories only to be called fear mongers, ect. Maybe that email will come in the form of a 'confidential' one. With all those disenrolled, monitored, and no new ones floating in, just a matter of time. Serious reductions only seem possible, but they probably anticipate tons leaving after the lump sum deposit.
So who is doing enrollments when they resume?
RS role was eliminated
Are there many RS left? Enough to restart enrollment at a decent pace? What’s the enrollment goal for 2018?
But what about all the continuing Humana members that were never enrolled when enrollment ceased seven months ago? They don’t need time to build up a score with claims.
Maybe if a date to resume enrollment were communicated, it would alleviate speculation. Any RS reading this who know when enrollment will resume?
Keep in mind that new Humana members need time to establish claims that lead to a CBA score that leads to eligibility for HAH. Then they need to be contacted by an RS to be enrolled in the program before they are assigned to a care manager. January 2nd is far too soon for any of that to have happened yet. I suppose we'll see actual new members by March.
HCM RN 16 termed and no new
HCM RN- 14 termed members and no new members
Are they enrolling again? I’m a phc and haven’t had a “new” member (Just reassignments and referrals) since June.
About 25 termed members today.
Multiple losses, no gains as of yet.
No new members for me yet. Have lost 20 members to termed. Some still have Humana but not eligible for HAH or have population updated and being assigned to new HCM
