Just curious as toooooo what's up here? I heard they are adding additional shifts to accommodate the workload in diff buildings. What workload??? India will be done by the end of the 1st qtr., 2018. Then what?????????????????? It would be a logical assumption, they are only trying to get as much done before the axe falls in Erie PA.. These BL's don't tell you nothing--firm answers, in their meetings. So, as an employee, U leave the meeting even more confused and a lot of unanswered questions...

I have a right as an employee to know the truth if this is going to indeed happen to me/us. I don't feel its right of the BL's to play emotional warfare with the employee's by not telling the truth. We supposedly have Ukraine orders and a few others but no firm commitment yet if the orders are sold or not! The end of the 1st qtr. is approaching.
If the BL's do know that we are done after the 1st qtr. and they are deliberately not telling us,
so the associates keep working-- which they would anyway, that's a horrible thing to do to us as employees. We have a few extremely arrogant BL's in Erie who would do this! Trust me. They know who they are. I will not name names out of respect, but I will tell you that they do not RESPECT THE MAN AND WOMAN on the floor... They feel they are above them! I do not feel we even need them! The people can run the shop much better... They actually touch the product.................................
