When will upper management at Shire realize that employees are the backbone of this company? Some of them are so disconnected with us in our department that I look at one or two of them and think “aren’t we on the same team?”
We are given unrealistic tasks by management and expected to fulfill them with very little resources and manpower. There is a power play between them to see who is ‘top dog’ and most do not have the company’s best interest at heart.
Shire could do so much better with different management.
