Yvette and Jeff are the worst. Never seen such incompetence. Ran out of town anyone who shared facts regarding the viability of the business model. Still cant believe Yvette made the announcement from Thailand. Not only dumb, but an awful human being. Sills is just dumb.
“Love Brown Sugar” really did a number on this place! But what should we have expected from someone with less a year at etrade, less than a year at Merrill, 5 years at Wells building a call center program! All that with no experience running a bank program, sure that hire made a lot of sense. Knows how to spend money, but not a clue on how to grow a program and in turn grow revenue! Thank the guy who just lost his job as the head of HR for that! And Mr. USAA, her 3rd choice for the job, now after 3 years we can understand why he was 3rd and also why the other 2 said no! The next bit of news about the FA’s future doesn’t look very bright!

What a great job by those at the top of Investing! Really turned around what was a profitable, well run, fun place to work! Now a division losing money, poorly run by those with no prior experience running a bank BD, shrunken product offerings for clients, and employee stress levels are thru the roof! Well done! For the employees and clients sake, I hope Investing is sold!
The “strategic review” is over. They are saying it is ongoing. That is because they are trying to make a deal to get acquired. It is not ongoing. It is complete and Investing will soon be history.
