The Ap/Opps jobs that were not filled with displaced Opps. managers started posting internally today. Has anyone heard pay scale info? Hourly/Salary? Based off of store volume? Head count?

Its b---s---! Why are we the only ones forced to re-apply!? What kind of unequal opportunity is that!? Not too mention them dropping this right before Inventory!! I bet this inventory will have an unusually high shortage number! I mean with half of the APM's not really giving a sh-- about reconciliation or the Inventory take process. Then what!? Macy's stocks start dropping? Associates already don't give a sh--! MAGIC is a joke! But hey, what do I know!? I, along with all my fellow AP brethren, only help to save the company MILLIONS of dollars a year, put criminals behind bars, identify and help apprehend ORC groups, manage a FAMILY of Detectives and VSO's, handle customer accidents, am on call 24hrs a day for Interviews or the f---ing dreaded MAC calls at 4am, respond to all SM calls about how their vag--as hurt and they cant set the alarm, literally put my life on the line every time I make an apprehension, and thousands of other job related AND non-job related activities that I get called for, just to help out my store and fellow associates. WTF!
Because managing trucks and hours is hard work, phew. Have fun apprehending four male subjects stealing Polo merch that look like they want to kick your teeth in. Also have fun working a real retail schedule no more Mon-Fri 8-430p, LOL yalk about cush job welcome to the real world
you will be paid same $hit AP salary, but hey who thinks they will really put an APM person into a position who has to run total store ops anyway? Cant wait to see that trainwreck! APM managing hours and trucks. LOL
It's replaced with displaced APMs. All OOS jobs are secured. APMs interview for open positions the next three days. Can't wait to see OPS respond to alarm calls and do internal interviews.
