Any word on cuts to the AST team? I'm wondering if they will hold off on cutting AST jobs so they help the stores transition to not having an HRM in the store and to start using askHR. Not having HRM's in the store is going to be tough on employee morale.
I just cannot imagine that AST is safe from the chopping block.
No one knows. Exec cuts have been anounced already, hourly cuts haven't. ASTS , receiving, couple others are really hourly event though its hour.ly exec and nothing has come across about any of that yet. Just have to wait.
How is it going to be tough not to have the HRM in the store. They had multiple stores and we saw ours once every other week! He had four stores and one was almost a three hour drive away! When he was here he was on the phone with his other stores constantly. Makes no difference to us.
I have wondered the exact same thing. Use us until they transition everyone and cut us later this year. Who knows...
