This is the best one!!! 100% right on the messed-up culture @ Intel. Nobody wants to tell the truth because they're afraid they will lose their jobs come Focal time. Lying, s-cking up, blaming others, taking credit for other's work is what gets you the big raises and promos!
Management at Intel is top down just ask those in TMG if anyone listens to those beneath them.
If the guy at the top is brilliant and right not a problem, but there in is the problem at intel in almost every business group and the corner office.
