Does anyone know what first line leadership severance packages are. I now feel taking severance and getting another job is the way to go

State Farm definitely will not want the publicity if that were to happen.
That’s what lawyers are for.
I won't be satisfied until my severance money is deposited in my account. If you browse through the Staples forum, you'll find people who were promised severance but never received it.
Sigh sad days when we are hoping to get severance. Prof and MG. I miss the old farm.
A manager who can't find the HR manual?? Really?
Those numbers are not accurate. If you want the accurate numbers all you have to do is go to the human resources manual and look it up. It details the difference between voluntary and involuntary relative to the payout. It is not a secret, and it is not only for management, and it is not up for debate. Those numbers are somewhat close to being accurate however.
Usually it is. Vol Severance = 2 weeks for every year of service. Invol Sev = 1 week for each of your first 10. 2 weeks for each year after 10. Of course, you will also get your unused PTO and Legacy PTO (if you have any).
I'm not sure first line in systems maps to first line in other departments.
Was asking in general other dept besides systems r impacted.
If you're a first line leader, you should already know this. If you missed it somehow, send a note to HR. Given that it's already past time to have stated your intention to accept voluntary severance, I assume you're asking about involuntary.
