Did any of you sams club membership team leads get a strange visit by some one from home office to see what it's like to be tl? A home office rep came to my location and asked me over one hundred questions about my position and what I do on a daily basis. Any feedback ?

this is exactly what happens before a job is deleted and changes are made. usually not from ho but an outside company. “We’re here to make your job easier”. no they came in to get rid of people and jobs. both in club and ho. don’t be fooled or mislead. as a former c/o tl, I saw this several times on the wire then the layoff announced. the memb tl had little to nothing to do. he helped out here and there. sam’s is wiping itself out. clubs will be closing.
What market are you in.
