So, all this talk about changes, but nothing has actually happened yet? What's going on? Shouldn't the very start of the year be the perfect time to implement any changes, especially the huge ones we were told were coming?

Changes didn't happen with audit until April, so.... You really never know.

Home Office will make changes at the very last minute at times so you can’t really tell what will happen this year. There are no meetings planned at this time but that can change any day now. Try not to stress yourself out about this just keep coming to work and do your best.
