For once in months I was somewhat relaxed over the weekend thinking that if nothing else, at least I'll finally know where I stand this week. And yet here we are on Monday and nothing is happening once again, at least at my location.
Anything happening anywhere else? I know it's still early, but usually by now we'd know if something was going on.
Sometimes meetings are not nefarious and actually are to help our teams through this transition and learn what is available and how to apply for positions. That was my one meeting We have been through this so many times there is not anything new to learn
You know what? No one has answered my questionS! What huge change is coming for the nurses? What big company wide announcement that all coaches were recently told?

This site gets a bit nuts sometimes - but I think the majority knows that coaches are also in the dark, just trying to do your best.

There was no meeting today about who is being impacted. If a coach was on red today, that means busy, it doesn’t necessarily mean they were in a meeting. The coaches are not part of a conspiracy. We are waiting just like you.

My coach was in meetings for the past two weeks. Today, however, my coach wasn't in any many if any meetings.

Coaches have been in and out of meetings all day so thinking tomorrow is the day.
