The new Cash leader has posted roles, many are executive roles. Shouldn't he be figuring out how to manage cash and spend less?

Should not be surprising...First thing Stokes did was bring in one of his buddies in a newly created position of “Communications Director” reporting directly to him. I guess “run it like you own it” only applies to the small people.

Probably needs those people to do the work he is not capable of doing
