Thank you for reposting, my fairly honest balanced review that didnot suggest any violence or name names, yes H is a paycheck but ultimately its a poor career choice....also disappeared, this proves to me that Glassdoor has totally lost its value. Note this means opportunity for a new website to fulfill this much needed service. New website name suggestions? Glass ceiling, XrayCO, Platejob, lol
I stay away from Glassdoor. I do not like Koolaid.
I think Glassdoor removed it because of the offensive suggestion for management to kill themselves. That plus everything listed is not based on fact, only heresy (even though we all feel they are true). It was a bitter rant, so wouldn't be deemed valuable to job seekers. Next time, list the facts without the bitter commentary. The facts are enough to deter people from the company.
Hope whoever posted it reads things here because:
"Due to anonymity concerns, we can not release specific reasons why a review has been removed from Glassdoor. However, if the member who submitted the review contacts us directly, we can discuss the review in further detail."
Contact them to find out why it came down, I'd love to know.
That said, it is entirely possible the person who posted it took it down themselves for whatever reason they might.
Wow. Always suspected Glassdoor was in bed to make certain companies look better than we all know they are- but this really proves it.
Thank you 1oiy- for posting the transcript before it was removed.
The link no longer works.
Glassdoor is a joke.
Ah, haha so Honeywell has the ability to comment on reviews left by employees at Glassdoor. That's priceless. Knowing that Hon pays someone or a group of people whose duties involve reading reviews at Glassdoor & responding to them tells you something. Certainly has a chilling effect for people leaving negative reviews b/c of the chances HON HR will put things together to dox the reviewer (eg User Experience Analyst in Morris Plains that has worked at HON for < 1 year, how many folks could this reasonably describe?)
And it's been taken down.

Pros
Your paycheck will clear the bank -- mostly
Cons
401k plan only pays once a year and you HAVE TO be there on 12/15
Gives 3% raises but then furloughs people which costs them 5% of their pay
Company market cap nearly doubles, stock soaring, but pay and benefits stagnent
Unethical leadership at very top, and board encourages it
IT team is years behind making everyone's job miserable
NOBODY is held accountable for ANYTHING - might as well work at USPS

Put a gun in your mouth and pull the trigger.
