I am grateful for my time here but I would like to know if I’m going to be laid off so that I can plan my next move?????? HCM-RN here wanting to know if the emails will be sent out today??! If not, when???!!!!

Let's put this in perspective. A company in my state announced they would be laying off 1000 workers some time in the next 18 months. Imagine waiting 18 months to know if it's you.
We can't control this. We know as PHCs we are all being let go. I rather put my energy into finding a new job than complaining and stressing. For the nurses, you will make it to through this and will easily find new jobs. Put your belief in everything happening for a reason. When I stopped worrying and gave it up to fate, I was able to relax. I took the power back from the company by planning. I am tough and know my co-workers are too! You will all get through this!
It better be effing happening this week. No company with leaders that have an ounce of decency would drag this out through another week. If they do, then they are truly messed up. Whatever happened to that golden rule about doing to others, blah blah blah. I seriously doubt the execs that are holding our fate in their hands would want the same to be done to them. Draw it out even longer- the epitome of cruelty to an employee, just IMHO
Just got an invite to a town hall on Tuesday....
Maybe it isn't happening this week. My coach had stressed that it is early February and that could drag into next week

Past impacted associate here since they started doing all of this. Wed around 5 if being laid off you will get an invite to a confidential meeting for Thursday AM
