Saw an email, but did not open it. The subject was up coming Assistant Manger level setting. Not Evaluation or Calibration. Again, I did not open it to read the details. Anyone have any information?

Not getting the reference to the Billy Madison movie as a joke says a lot about you, especially since another person who commented before you got it.

Level setting is just "continuing education" at the Academy. Every Assistant goes for 2 weeks to ensure all Assistants have been provided the same training and information to ensure everyone is "level" and not falling behind. It's been going on for a year now.

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone here is now dumber for having listened to it. If this actually happens to the Assmans like it did with the cos I can think of two in my town that better be renewing their resumes. ........................And I personally will celebrate their departure :)
Forced ranking evaluation ratings by HR into certain buckets from below expectations on up. If you fall into a lower category you are next on the chopping block.
