We were told the point in time had no correlation to the end of year eval. Someone posted earlier a question about how the eval impacted it all, if you were inconsistent, full or exceptional ( not a top performer, but how you ranked on your eval)....how many of the CMs and hcmss laid off were ranked as exceptional on their end of year eval vs full or inconsistent? Maybe that is a hidden agenda type criteria

Mine was full. No one on my team got an exceptional eval. Half the team got the email
So those rif were full, and those not were exceptional? Did anyone rif get an exceptional end of year eval, or just full?
I think it’s safe to say that the point in time assessment matches your end of year evaluation
