Humana and I'm lost why not keep the ones who care and ask who wants a severence, because I have heard so many people say they do. I hope you realize you took alot of good people from your company today.

So riddle me this.... Seriously they have gotten rid of all the bad associates, all that's left is good people. Don't you get that yet. It's a crap shoot. What separates you from the next person may be a half point on some obscure metric. This is not good or bad, it's numbers. They don't need Bad OR good people.
I too received the email. Doing everything in my power to meet my members needs were of the utmost importance to me. My scores were great. Matter of fact I got a 100 from the MET on my last call audit. Undoubtedly that is not enough.
I had great numbers, awards and on many different SME teams to help others with their members, but I also got an email today. Nothing changes the decision at this point. I tried as hard as I could to make Humana/My members happy. What I've learned is you can't. Making member happy and giving them the information necessary meant spending too much time on other things not captured by reports. Nothing has made Humans happy with their ever changing policies. Be you and be Happy. Nothing else matters.
