This is just an observation of the facts as I see it. We HAVE already lost over 80k policies in January of this year so losses are not slowing down. They are posting for Blue Owl jobs now. All departments are under review. I wish SF would give people like me the chance to fight for a job. I'd actually move to stay because I have that much tenure. No young kids anymore etc. I just feel like they need to be upfront and give people who want to stay a fighting chance.

As a mutual policyholder of this company, heads should freaking roll at the top.
I don't work for State Farm, but I had State Farm insurance policies on my home and autos for many years. I finally realized that State farm and other companies were willing to give new policies and customers better deals then to me, and I have moved on. Best price with reliable service wins anymore. If it is enough to make it worth the hassle adios!
By my count, I think we lost about 147,000 auto policies in January. They just haven’t updated the totals but you can pull Each of the six marketing areas separately. If we keep going at this rate, we’re going to be down a couple million policies by the end of the year!Meanwhile progressive has announced that it is hiring 7500 people this year alone.
