Obviously the cameras set up in clubs can be viewed by home office. Please tell me how they can’t see these managers not doing a damn thing. All they need to do is place it above office and see how much they helping in the clubs. Sad sad sad how they treat us like gum on their shoes. My opinion it’s gotten ridiculous since the cuts of long term managers.

No that’s not the point of the camera’s that HO can link to. My club was one of two in my region to be a test club before it went nation wide. It’s to track member volume and traffic. The people in HO have no idea what the assistants and club managers look like anyways. They don’t wear vest like we do so they blend in with the members.
Not only is this crazy, but illegal. Now there are ways around this, but only if an active criminal investigation is being used for this purpose with a legal warrant.
Tech guys that installed ours said that each camera has a microphone and has the capacity to listen in on conversations. But they do not have it set up to record because it would take up too much memory to record both video and audio. Interesting!
The cameras were used by the Home Office on there decisions on what Managers stayed and who was let go .... they are watching .... don’t pick your butt
I’m a leader at Sam’s club. I tell my team I’d like for them to focus their energy on what they need to get done rather than watch someone, criticize and waste wages.

If you think they can' see the managers not doing anything, they can also see you not doing anything. I bust my a--, I guess you don't.......
They can sure pull up a camera shot on us workers. They want to make sure we’re working, but as they watching us who’s watching them?
