Thread regarding Sabre Holdings layoffs

SabreNext is SabreSlow, Sabre Quack Quack...

Too much Talk, Strategy and no Action.

Thanks to CA, he did not go to KRK/MVD/Singapore/London/India.

Sabre enables Travel, but why is current the leadership themselves traveling? Why are they wasting Sabre’s time and money?

They could have done something like they do for town halls and other meetings.

Why did VS and others travel to Singapore, while he has no time for us in DFW. We were shown a video of VS, Thanks for the video though.

SabreNext so far has been marketing videos, more Talk and nothing useful or new on the site.

Internal marketing and Propaganda!? is that really needed? No specific plan or details on progress.

Sabre Next is just a way for the C Team to pretend like they are taking action while we continue to face the same problems. Their world trip plus the Leadership Summit the first week of Jan. has killed the Travel Budget for people who actually get work done.

If the C Team really cares why don't they do an Employee Survey? If they want to know how we really feel and how much we trust or do not trust our Management then have an Employee Survey. I dare them to produce one that is truly anonymous so people feel free to advised how they feel with out fear of losing their job for given honest feedback.

A week before quitting the CFO predicted a 300% increase in stock price. Why not 3000%. Why not 3 billion percent... I am going to get a Sabre stock on Monday so I can retire a billionaire by the middle of next week.

This Sabre Next is just all such BS.

Prove me wrong. Please.

Fancy buzzwords and diagrams do not sell products. It is our fault for not having rigor and accountability though. Remember last 18 month plan? Forget that we need to sell some reimagined sh-- and quickly...oh but it better have quality.

Tell the investors that 18% growth is coming then bail out like the other C levels. Sabre Next-Time is in the horizon.

Scrum will save us now a developer can wear 3 hats of Scrum Master, Dev and probably tester too.
