Once you leave Micron and are working somewhere else you will look back and shake your head wondering why you stayed so long before leaving. When you are able to stand back and look at things more objectively it is easy to realize how much better off you are. It happened to me. All the time I wasted there so unhappy. There are other things to do and other places to work that are so much better.

Albertsons in Boise is hiring hundreds of people for their new and remodeled stores. Good pay and benefits. Certainly worth looking at as a possibility.

Jobs are currently pretty plentiful if you look for and get a new job now, you will be one whole year ahead of all the hanger ons that are waiting for that heavily taxed severance package. Take care of yourself no, because Micron will always take care of themselves first. Not being mean just being truthful.

Looks like some of the parasites that come to work every day and do nothing all day month after month may be finally getting their due. That off site gravy train may soon be coming to an end.
I left too and on my own terms, manigiment still treated me like I was committing a crime during my exit process... All I can say is that you are being brain washed in thinking there is nothing else out there. Leave and watch how many companies will come looking for you. Best move I ever made was leaving that horable place.
