I was told by an insider by the Summer of 2021, there will be only 1 checkout open and most done with scan and go, keep one lot attendant, they are charging 1.00 for a cart, if you return it, you get a 1.50 in store credit added to you membership. The bots are also coming for cafe with 2 food preppers, you will pay for your oder to the bots. One team leader will take care of hardlines and one for grocery. Four Managers open and close. There will be approximatly 30 people running the buisness. By 2022 44 more will close and become distibution centers for on line orders teaming up with Amazon. Home office building a large new office to be open in Spring 2022 where they will hold all YBM meetings in the futer.

My club is test club, we have VIP membership. And that alows access to the VIP lounge. Photo/pharmacy/optical has been removed and replaced as A VIP Strip club with private rooms
Back in the 1985 they said we’d have flying cars and hoverboards by 2017 just like in Back to the Future but that didn’t happen either.
Point is no one in Homeoffice is looking that far ahead or can even predict that far ahead so I doubt any other source can say for sure either.
