My heart just isn’t in it anymore and I am hoping/praying for early release. It’s incredibly difficult to be productive or invested in the job now that I know I am being let go.

You would think your coach would block your roster since you are RIFd. They do have the capability of doing this.
HCM RN that was laid off this time around. I have 30 Reassigned members and get more each day. I can't move them to monitored. This may not be the case for other nurses, but there's no way I'll be able to do much with them except be a place holder until they reassign them again. No point in keeping me and makes sense to move them to their permanent HCM, so they dont feel like they are bounced around. This isn't showing good continuity of care.
Get these members into monitored status so management feels that the remaining HCM’s can absorb those members and you can go!
The more productive we are the sooner we may be released is my mind frame so that’s why it’s even more important to maintain productivity. Not to mention we are being paid to do a job and should do it as we always have.

@yac I agree. I had 80 alerts today. And my coaches response was "they all have to be addressed in a timely manner." I really wanted to tell her to get my replacement to address them then! Or you make some damn calls and address them! Because that's asinine to expect me to be able to do it
I laughed when I saw the high number of alerts on my roster today. I was informed Thursday that I'm being laid off and they expect me to clear all these alerts today. I will call my members and say good bye, but nothing more. Humana can fire all the alerts they like, but I'm not doing them.
I feel like I am never going to get early release. I hope I don't have to work all the way through April 9th. Today had been daunting.
I heard that your coach will notify you on a Monday if you are going to be released that Friday. Can anyone confirm if that is true? Anyone heard from their coach today?
Me too! I've heard a rumor that it may be this Friday, I don't know how true that is. It may just be wishful thinking on the part of the person who told me. But god, I hope it's true. I'm ready to move on to something else. I was contemplating quitting anyway, this just made that decision for me.
