Store managers managing two stores as well, so half of them are getting the axe.

If the 2 for 1 sm works the way I was told....the co’s would actually run the stores answering to the sm. The sm would do the walks and financials and answer to the mm. The mm would mainly have to travel to the stores not making their numbers and occasionally visiting the rest making it possible to let go of more of them. Pretty much a domino effect.
Our SM has been doing 2 stores for around a month....but they just interviewes to fill that position.
It is curious with stores closing, and COs expected to move up within 3 years.....where are they moving up to?
