17 Grocery DC’s will no longer have domiciled drivers by the end of the year. This will push drivers to transfer or quit. Bid drivers did themselves in. If there was a backhaul that needed to be picked up and you ask them the answer would be no, I have to get back and do my run or if they were asked to pull an extra load the answer would be no. I can’t feel sorry for them. Sorry for the fuel guys that lost their jobs.
It wasn’t just Apple Valley, it’s nationwide! No warning! Next out the door is their transportation dept. Already getting rid of full time bids and going to Bids with less days work every month. POS company anymore. Sam is rotating.
