Never missed quota in 4 years. Brought in Millions to the company in Net New Revenue. Now found out and seen that my whole section ("cubicles") are being replaced by "summits" .... Im in Orange County Costa Mesa.... 600 Anton... They did us so wrong...
My coworker got the call this morning. Same package that others have described. Not sure if anyone else on the team is impacted. Do you typically get notification in the morning? If it were my time, I imagine my manager would have called by now (EST).
RA’d today as well. Done on 2/28. 30 day severance. Benefits for 3 months at current rate. $2500 education allowance.
Be careful... that $2500 toward education is taxed as a bonus when you get reimbursed so they take out a ton of $$.

Sorry to hear it. Can you say what the package is? Same three months zombie-time notice and a month's severance? What about health care and any education allowance? What geo, business unit are you in?
