Have one one on STD and she is still here
There is an associate on my team on STD right now and she was not impacted. She is also the lowest performing associate on my team
I was told all those on short term disability were let go. I know it isn’t ethical but is it even legal?
That is not true about HR waiting to notify of lay off until after return from FMLA. If you are impacted someone will call you directly while you are out on FMLA
I used it for maternity leave and got axed but know another who did and is still there
Remember that if someone is on FMLA this month, HR will not notify them until they return to work.
