SERO 60/15 and 55/25 offered Power Wide?

In Salem SERO 55/25 and 60/15 was offered to hourly today. Hearing it may be offered to all Power hourly.

They are shooting for 200 people, including people whose taking the resignation packages, we still dont know which pay #’s will be affected!

If you're among the laid off in Greenville, I would personally recommend taking the 12 weeks and giving up recall rights, because the jobs aren't coming back and you'll end up with nothing otherwise. Fair warning.

Reply to fjd : I heard no early retirement packages were offered at Greenville. Probably waiting until later in the year to offer one. I heard the laid off employees could give up their recall rights for twelve weeks salary.

Windsor last week had age 60 voluntary retirement offer. Age 59 1/2 job elimination. Not many takers for the retirement since offer is void of incentive.

Greenville is being informed of a 200 person layoff tomorrow. Why are they not doing55-25 there ?
