I dunno what the hell it means. The managers went to through a survey exercise where they gave data about each of their engineers and what they do and in which product. EMC storage has so many products and if you look at people working on it it's a big maze. JB then sends mail to everyone saying programmers have to be more productive and there will be reorg. Can't figure out what the hell to infer from that mail. Please decipher this puzzle.

this is a well thought out strategy. Especially if you are in a position where you are needed. Resignation can act as a catalyst for negotiating salary hikes. Lot of people do it. In a corrupt management like in BDC storage it is highly pervalent.

Dell is going down because of mismanagement and greed of top management and investors. Don't let them throw you out with peanuts and jeopardize your financial life and career, take a hefty severance package that you deserve and walk out with dignity. We need union of high-tech industry employees, there is no shame in it, it is need of the hour.

This a big joke.. as big as it gets. We have Directors on payroll with Ethics complaints.. no action on them. We have fake senior technical architects. No action on them. We have fake projects running. No action on them.

Nothing is going to happen until after VMware reports earnings on March 1st. I doubt you will see anything for a while. Remember that even though tax changes went into affect they have all year to make the payment and to do nothing right now is best to keep out of the spotlight. When things start to happen the remaining customer who are already spooked will vote with their wallets. My only suggestion is to please just post real information and lets stop all of the rumors and hatred. you might hate the managers and the king on the mountain but there are a lot of great reps like me that need a job and the industry is shrinking.
