Qualcomm appears to be a bit more receptive. Simply put, Qualcomm has thawed a bit to Broadcom's overture.

I assume the Q thaw is because the feedback is "institutions looking to vote for Tan".
Either "we vote Tan" or "we need certain individuals removed and replaced."
I am hearing the same. With pressure on funds to show returns, most are planning to vote FOR the Broadcom proposal.
