QC keeps sending so many "white" proxy cards it's embarrassing never in 20 + years hae they ever sent more than 1. NXP will not go through so either way Qc is done. Broadcom buys us great some get to keep our jobs. QC stays QC great some of us lose our jobs and after a while we'll go down in a ball of flames. Only difference is Broadcom more of us keep our jobs. QC has gone through made the list checked it twice and hand out GTFO packages as soon as they know which they are headed. Sad part is no one at QC knows what's going to happen not even the board. On second thought it's quite hilarious as QC still doesn't realize they're not the gorilla in the room anymore more of a chimpanzee. Good day! I said good day!

Yep. Q arrogance has run its course. Many customers and licensees would not shed a tear to see the end of the arrogance and 'innovative' licensing model.
