Thread regarding Lifetouch layoffs

Lifetouch sold!?! Because we were not growing fast enough?!?

My ESOP account has lost almost 50% in the past year or two. Does anyone know what they are planning to do about our retirement accounts? I am worried that the ESOP stocks are going to end up worthless. Shutterfly's stocks almost doubled overnight, at the expense of Lifetouch's longtime dedicated employees retirement accounts. Why is the Lifetouch CEO already lined up to work for Shutterfly? Seems like this should be illegal. Is this the end of a big scam? How much ESOP will be covered for the 850 million? Anyone have some more insight?

Does anyone know if the major shareholders are dumping their Lifetouch stock? Our good people keep leaving and are being replaced with temps who are awful, if they are replaced at all. I'm worried the company won't be around 5 more years until I retire.

Shutterfly plans on leaving the two companies separate for the time being.. and US shareholders from Lifetouch are screwed. something stinks here. how can I stocks tank so much in one year while shutterfly's go up? this is so so wrong something is going on here

May be a good idea to get more folks to weigh in. My esop account went dow by over 1/3 rd since July 2017. This makes absolutely no sense. For over 30 years the stocks were way short of market performance. If they were investing the esop money the company was probably keeping the lions share of earnings. Further I think they devalued the esop value for their personal gains. Anyone else lose money anyone remain the same or grow ?
