JOB security will be the language of Directors and Supervisors (over paid cheerleader's). "Opportunities to grow as an individual " will be another spin of the B.S. you will be expected to swallow. Replacing sales with customer service reps, replacing translations with SAT and automation; replacing OP with Automation and keeping high volume reps working fall out orders.

Hey the re-branding is getting "rave reviews from internal and external customer".......didn't you read Tony's comment to the announcement on stream? It was posted just a couple of hours after it was announced so surely you're buying into it. After all Tony said so.

I hate it for the minion/butt kissers but I'm not drinking the kool aid. I know Tony and his cronies have destroyed the service we used to provide our customers. All in the name of the compliance report generated from ETA.

Applied for customer service tech in my area.I had previous experience with installing and burying telephone line.They never did hire me instead they hired people with no experience at all.Dont understand and now would like to see them go bankrupt and be bought out.Windstream don't have a clue who to hire.
