Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Mr. Veuve

Who remembers that one time we bought a map collection from a “collector” at far more than what he purchased them for? What was that collectors name again?

Why do we have so many trees around the campus? Be real beneficial if we knew someone who owned a tree farm, we can pay double because gas will forever trade above $9.

Why is our name on an arena sponsoring a team WAY ABOVE what you normally see from corporate sponsors? Lets take a look at the beneficiaries at the time that deal was signed.

Who remembers the chesapeake employees who we’re on payroll but only worked on the CEO personal ventures. Those personal/company lines got crossed every once in a while and it was really hard to differentiate what was paid for by him or the company.

Ahhh CNG in a box. EVERY house will have one by 2020. I miss the corporate suits at the cowboys, Steelers, pirates and other prime locations around the US. Didn’t all of us employees at the time get to benefit from that perk?

FYI I am a former employee, left on my own decision but let’s be honest with ourselves, the blame here is on the past. You can’t eat a $#!T sandwich and not blame the person who made it.

Please call me a Kool Aid drinker but you were singing Christmas carols in front of the “formers” house with a fat cheesy grin on your face, drinking shareholder wine and Who remembers that one time we bought a map collection from a “collector” at far more than what he purchased them for? You can’t eat a $#!T sandwich and not wonder who made it. You call others kool aid drinkers but it was you who disgraced yourself by standing on the formers lawn singing Christmas carols, drinking shareholder wine with a big cheesy grin on your face fluffing the mans ego like he was the second coming of Jesus. Remember when you used to idolize that lie and tell yourself this is going to last forever. It was disgusting and you should probably hate yourself for it.

Yep the stock and companies future looks bleak. There is a family in the Hills that owe us a billion or two. Lets go ask them for a loan, I hear they are loan specialists these days.

You forget that Aubrey owned Deep Fork Tree Farm and was a heavy investor in a local landscape company.

If you’re a former employee why do you refer to CHK as “we” so frequently? Seriously just asking.

Also, at what point, or which metric, do we quit blaming the former regime and begin holding the current regime accountable?
