The next major potential date for big changes is the Year Beginning Meeting. Since no one has attended the meeting yet the only people who have information about it are the people planning the meeting and they're not talking. Wait for the managers to head off to the meeting and we'll start hearing information trickle back in.

We are in stage 5, where the loud voices of anger and resistance have been quieted by the realization that their paycheque is gone and they have no way to make their 6 year car payments.
Those still working are terrified and would sell their first born to keep their jobs. so they aren't saying much either.
