CMS is dead except for current clients. Once the contracts expire in 2019, expect massive layoffs.

fully agree with the comments. full gang CMS leadership at Bangalore and RTP are corrupt and run the operations with SRA ,HCL AND Aricent nexus with Sr. Managers at RTP and Bangalore .Huge lose to CISCO .Full team to Axed other wise this cancer will extend to AS as well. No merit in the organization.
Yes the whole team will be laid off as the contracts expire. There will be no relocation for the CMS employees
CMS was moved to J "KPI" Pinto to be the hatchet man. Now he's done the dirty work, that BP wouldn't, time to move it back before it drags down his KPIs too much. Poor s---ers have tried to reinvent their tools.
this may be is a ok choice for now..
cms aka named " take customer trouble and run it cheaper" was a LAZY WAY of management with no accountability, aka : pass the buck to vendor, pass the blame to level one/two/three contractors..
X years ago, CMS took over netsolve and still runs the same blood as netsolve, collectively the old outsourcing model combined with no accoutability at exe level for deliverable.
the joke is that see massive hiring at cms for "old friend" circle (the manager working for previous manager or vice versa), fresh new hires from the street to just pass the buck to tac.
entire mentality is how to do it cheaper and cheaper.. and to the level of impossible..
this cms business model (1980's technology of vpn to vpn will not sustain in long run and need to be left to partners or TRUE low cost providers.
The CMS technocal leaders hold their legacy mentaility and care more about their own job security, bundled old technology to the offer, are not willing to give up and move on to new technologies..
what was delivered to customer is a outdated and non sustaining day 2 model even the manager making the pitch want to get out after sale..
customer sees no value of cms vs tac and was wondering why even sign up in 1st place..
the sad thing is that finance level is so diluted, people hiding themselves behind the one single bank deal just to get by every day. cms mathematics is NOT mathematics, $1 was counted 4 to 5 times across entire year to fake the number..
time to close the cms book
