1 - Company aquiring another company (QC, NXP)
2 - Company being aquired by another (BRCM aquiring QC)
3 - Company announcing massive cost saving

For those who are still telling their teams to focus and work hard without advising them to build an exit strategy for their family ( specially if they don't have one yet ) are simply extremely selfish and inconsiderate. We should ask ourselves if those leads are still worth to follow.
