Way to go Sam's in dividing the clubs up even more. Give bigger raises and higher pay out to the fresh areas. Now they earn even more why would anyone want to help them. They never have lift driver of there own. They never tie a bale. They need to step up and earn it now.

Produce 2% plus difference to bring up to 11bucks if you were not at that minimum.
Hardest working dept in fresh
Unionize. Night-crew should hold a meeting and try to unionize. Just need a majority vote from night associates and there night crew can become a union and stop some of the crap thrown at them. Don't need the entire club just night-crew. Departments can be unionized. They cant just fire the entire night crew like they did the meat cutters at Wal-Marts it is against the law for associates to be terminated for trying to form a union. The last group of people that Wal-Mart fired for trying to stand up for there rights got there jobs back and received back pay. Oh they will fire you but they will lose in court.

Not sure about anyone else but I do know that Pharmacists have been docked almost 75% in raises in FY19. Whether you think they make to much money or not, how would you like to lose 75% of your raise??
All you fresh area workers are delusional. I've worked in Meat, Produce....."My job is so hard" haha, most of the time I walk by fresh departments they are just standing around talking with each other.
At the end of the day associates have issues with fresh because when the club is going to hell (front end/floor/carts/etc) the fresh associates do not help at all....ever. I've seen tires out pushing carts, I've seen wireless taking members to help the front end, I've seen floor associates doing everything, I've seen electronics zoning the floor, hell I've seen marketing on register/front desk. What I've never seen is a fresh associate help out anywhere else besides their little space. The building is going to hell but you look over at fresh and they are just hanging out, bakery is just chilling in their area listening to music, etc.
Everyone's jobs are important. Everyone has things to do. But you stop what you're doing for 5mins and assist whomever needs help. In turn this helps our members experience, which makes them want to come back.

Time for fresh to step up to the plate?? What kinda moron are you?? Make a bale? Any idiot can make a bale!! Come back and work in the meat dept you'll beg to back on the floor and zone, play on your phone, and make your bale. Sam's has under paid there cutters for years!! grocery stores, Bus, Costco always paid there cutters more the thankfully Sam's is on par with them.

Lol you have to load their trucks.. what you going to refuse a delivery let the diver sit in the bay for hours till someone gets there? Yea... you’ll be fired in one day. As for airstacking I can’t believe you actually do that for them..
Where is this information posted? Does this apply to meat, prep foods, bakery, produce, and freezer cooler associates and leads?
As an overnight lead I’m not gonna unload their trucks anymore and airstack bananas if I don’t get a raise too.
I think that overnight team leads also need a raise, they have to secure the building, build displays, CIM reports, set up end caps, drop pallets for other departments that don’t drive, and make sure their depts are ready for the members in the morning and get the club up and ready for the cashiers in the morning all this before 6:00 am.
That’s odd. But it proteas to do with volume.. and sales. Depending on location one club can sell in just one week end the same Dollar amount as a weaker club does in a whole week.
The part thats really messed up is that the differentials vary by club. None of the fresh positions in my club are getting the differentials but a couple other clubs in my market are
Not sure what you are talking about. The Fresh areas are main priority other than friendly member service. Last year and now are VERY STRESSFUL for all of fresh produce/meat/bakery. Weekly visits,increase in production, increased standards, compliance, cleaning, fully stocked and prepped by 7am..... unless you work in those areas you have no idea.... take produce for example... an hourly stocker is a Level 3.. that’s less than a tech floor parter that doesn’t do anything but zone at night and pass out pictures.. yet they have to. Zone to open, pull all damages, check dates, brake down the truck(some clubs have 7 day/week produce trucks) down stack bananas, endless cleaning, do donations, Reset pods and endcaps... so getting small pay differential bairly makes up.. so STFU
Leads in fresh getting bump in pay too.
Its only skilled positions like meat cutters and cake decorators. Simple jobs like deli, produce, wrappers get paid the minimum just like a cashier...
