You corporate Bin Laden doing all you can to hurt hard working caring Americans....shame on your mother's soul, cursed is your father and may your children know the pain your employees feel from your choices.

Mr. T is not worried about "who" would buy Windstream. All of the infrastructure, real estate, & equipment is owned by UNITI. The only areas that would have to be sold off are the geographical areas that are the ILEC areas. Windstream can't just close the doors on service in those areas. In most of those areas Windstream is the only provider. Services in CLEC areas can simply cease. no real consequences. There is competition in those areas, so closing the doors there is no issue. All of the other Windstream products can be provided and operated without those 2 services. All Windstream needs for those services is the infrastructure, equipment, & real estate that is already owned by UNITI. This entire downward spiral has been planned, choreographed & implemented in order to end up with the type of company that Mr. T constantly talks about. Residential and local business dial tone and internet are no longer areas he wants to deal with. Get rid of all of the unwanted areas of the company, let the stock devalue to almost no value and all that has be done is to buy up all those stocks for pennies on the dollar. All the board, Mr T & anyone else with the expendable cash has to do is be patient. Hey.....they started this process in 2015. I think they have the patience to wait another year. All of the people in positions of power and decision making roles are already cashed out. They aren't going loose their homes, cars, retirement or healthcare. They have already unloaded their WIN stocks, and placed their money in nice secure bank accounts or other real stock options. They will simply move to another company or board of directory or simply "retire" and enjoy the fruits of their destruction. None of them will suffer like the rest of us. Bernie Madoff my have been caught & sent to prison, but his playbook is still in use. "Fictitious Accounting" must be one of the Graduate Degrees offered by Wake Forest University.

Private equity on wall street will buy us out for pennies on the dollar. Sell off the network and customer base. Take a look at telecomramblings.com at all of the merger activity. We are basically f---ed in the long term. The CLEC business is dead, 5G will ruin us in 18 months, we bring nothing to the table.

There’s nothing to buy but a n eroding customer base and incompetent leadership. There won’t be any takers until it’s bankrupt.
