Over next 3-4 months we will see the overhead mid level management being reduced or re-purposed, especially in underperforming businesses such as OFE and underperforming parts of OFS. Shared functions such as IT, finance, HR, supply chain to be impacted as well. Aggressive global rooftop consolidation to continue. OFE will become leaner, 10-20% cuts in each function in next 6 months. Managers, project managers, planners, noncore personnel to be impacted. Leaner and more focused HQ. Enterprise tech to be much leaner.

Supply Chain for BHGE is a disgrace and the whole group must go . We lose so many jobs because of their worthlessness . From supervisors up they must go. Please get some people that understand the O&G Service business , not people from some east coast business,!
Put garbage into management and you get garbage results. BH Aberdeen perfect example.
