Yup - take good care of ourselves first so we could take good care of our family. It's normal to feel stress, anxious, and frustrated in situations like this. Take a step back, take leave if you have any sign of unmanageable anxiety. Clear your mind to focus on what within your control - like update resume, LinkedIn... So we are better prepared for ourselves and our family. It's definitely not worth to waste your health on any toxic environment. Remember this - our brain and knowledge is our strength. With good brain and health, there's always a way. With damaged brain, we lost our ability to find new opportunities and cant protect our family. Like we will buy fresh fruit and not rotten fruit! Make your choice wisely, focus on yourselves and family! Wish us luck!
